Am looking for someone to help me program the Nashua NH Police,Fire & EMS into my scanner, I do have Win96 but i can't receive them, i can hear Hudson clear but i must be doing something wrong with Nashua, please if someone can send me or show me how to program Nashua, it would greatly appricated.

I programmed my scanner manually, so I can't speak for Win96. Anyhow, if you manually enter one of the control channel frequencies into your scanner, can you receive the data bursts ? (It should sound like an engine running.)

did you use your premium membership to import the system?, also UN CHECK CC only & get all the frequencies( CC's change & may not realize it). also make sure each frequency is in the right mode as well as the BANk mode
