Default radio programming

I have a PRO-2096 scanner, I have had it for awhile now and just kept the frequencies in it that my buddy had programed in it when i traded my laptop to him for it awhile ago. I am now interested in programming it my way, and interested in any help anyone could give me. I know it can be done with an excel spreadsheet, but short of that I know nothing else, or what cables need to be used to do the programming.

You do have another option.

Get the RS serial/USB cable part #20047, get your free trial of 96 and go to www.seacoastscanning.com and import your freq.'s without spending a dime on a rr premium membership.

If they don't have what your looking for (I doubt it), just ask and you will receive. It is a not for profit site.

Good luck.
