Was looking at the FCC database this morning and came across a pending application for the Pheasant Lane Mall to switch to MOTOTRBO. There are emission designators for both voice and data.

Interesting. I'll have to try listening with my scanner w/discriminator tap and DSD software. I will also try listening on my UHF Hytera DMR portables. If they operate in the clear in digital mode, then it's not that hard to listen. If they have the built-in encryption enabled, then you won't be able to listen to them and will be SOL.
