Default NHSP went silent?

Is it me or did the sp go silent? I got all the freq put into my pro-106 and im getting nothing hmm

Check to see if you Locked them out

I just heard the state police radar team out doing their speed patrol ENCRYPTED. What are they afraid of? someone hearing them and slowing down? They werent encrypted 3 days ago. I went down 95 and saw them, then heard them.. Oh well.
