NJ/NY Aviation freqs?

Is NYPD Air reachable in Bergen County with a PRO-97? Also, what freq does Port Authority Police use for air? Are they very active freqs? Thanks.

This is their company frequency. I get it down in Monmouth County NJ with no problem.
