Large Fight in Woodbridge

B2-5 stating that Woodbridge is looking for help with a large fight off Route 9 in their town. Reportedly 200+ people involved and possible shots fired.

11:33: Now stating Woodbridge has it under control, no Troopers need respond.

Apparently, Officers went out there for a large fight at the Hampton Inn on Route 9 North(cross New Brunswick ave) around 11 PM. Officers on scene called for all available cars shortly after arriving; reporting 100+ people fighting between the walmart and the hampton Inn parking lots fighting with bats and sticks. Then one of the (woodbridge)cars called in shots fired. Immediatly following, Woodbridge went over the county hotline requesting assistance from all surrounding towns. I know a lot of towns were able to send multiple cars to help which is why the situation was diffused so quickly. Woodbridge PD set up a perimeter letting no one in or out of the complex until they were checked out. Officers also found shell caseings on the ground. The suspect with the gun apparently escaped, and I know nothing further on what happened after that.
