Fatal pedistrian struck rt. 3

bergen county / e. Rutherford i/a/o/ giants staduim

rt.3 w/b at beery creek bridge at approx. 04:57 9/26/09 fatal pedistrian struck w/multi-car mva. Njsp & bcpd fatal teams and csi req. Roadway closed from rt. 120 to rt. 3 w/b for extended period.
