Default UTac-4

FYI - U Tac-4 is being used in Newark at the Turn Yourself In program that will be going on until Saturday
Various agencies from around the state & federal goverment takening part, several streets around the location are sealed off, (area of Hudson & W Market sts)

Hey I noticed activity on that channel as well as on ITAC-4, comms with sector changes sounds like an auto theft task force like the Essex/Union one? This is being simulcasted on UTAC-5, and both the rebanded ITAC-4 and the non rebanded ITAC-4.

EDIT: Okay it is Essex/Union ATTF simulcasted on these channels for some reason.
