Pitman PD-Gloucester County

Can anyone confirm the correct frequency for Pitman PD is 500.400? I'm trying to hear it from Berlin/Atco area of Camden co and I can't. I can hear Washington twp., Glassboro, Deptford, Zones 4 through 1, but I can't hear Pitman. I still have to check I dont have the CTCSS 167.9 on, but is it that weak that I won't hear it or is something else wrong?

That frequency is licensed to the Pittman Police Department, per the FCC Database.

I haven't heard a thing on 500.400 in the last 24 hours. They use to use 506.4375 pl:167.9 but I haven't heard anything on that channel in some time.
