I want to have a system just for MUN PD 1. Is there a way to set it up so I do not have to search all 4 zones which takes alot of time?

Create a trunked system with just the frequencies from the site closest to where you live. Then enter just Mun PD1 talkgroup in the list or add all of the talkgroups but hold on Mun PD1 instead of scanning

Use zone 2's frequencies.
Nearest site is in Boonton.
