New Manville PD Ch. 3

Guys,

I need anyone closer than myself (east side of the county, perhaps), to keep an ear on 153.755. It's got a valid callsign, and Manville never did have a license for 159.330.

If you catch a 'go to 3'-type transmission, this new channel may turn out to be their new TAC, I want to make 100% sure of use & PL before I re-insert the channel into the database.
