Jersey City questions

I am looking for a little clarification on a few things with the JC system. I have looked in the forums section and came up with conflicting information. First, I am using a GRE PSR-600 to monitor the system. When I program the system, am I inputting all of the frequencies listed or just the control channels highlighted in red here in the RR forums? I have all the talk groups listed here programmed in. I am also reading that some people are hearing some of the system being used, yet I am hearing nothing. I am only in LInden and hear the current conventional system 5 by 5 so I am close enough. Last, do I have to program the trunking tables also for the system to be picked up and if so can someone please post it for me. Thanks to all in advance.

You should not have to enter the tables, just set it up as a P25 Auto system. If you want the tables they are in the database.

You should be hearing more and more traffic on system lately. It appears that the JC Incinerator Authority is now using the system for there dispatch talkgroup 4001. Some of the PD detective units are on it but encrypted. No PD patrol units yet. No FD either yet. The new portables have NOT been issued yet to the PD patrol yet.
