get u'r scanners out multiple comms being used for this event.
i would suggest listening to the various fire channels being they run the parade

I think someone mentioned either last year or a couple of years ago that EMS uses one or more of the low power simplex channels for the parade.

No matter what freq's they use, if I can't hear it from my house, I'm not going to hear it!

I agree, it is not worth the traffic and congestion. On a side note, I remember the old days of VHF and no P25, they used Town Hall (Ch.3) for parade ops.
