Thank you. I appreciate it. But it doesn't work without the contributions from other members and users.

Anybody know what these 'Priority' responses mean? After Central announces the call, the unit will reply back, "Responding Priority 2".

Also, does anyone have the area number map for the Tacony-Palmyra and Burlington-Bristol bridges?

I can't say with 100% certainty, over on this side of the pond, in Philly, we don't have to distinguish the "priority" level of our response to radio, however when writing our reports sometimes it is good to include certain details such as how we responded. In that case the Priority level would denote if we responded with Lights and Sirens, just lights, the "quickness" or aggressiveness of our response and so on. As I stated, previously,I don't know if their system would reflect the same as ours, but I'd bet it is in the same ballpark.

Hope this helps,

Typically, a priority 1 is lights and sirens, 2 is elevated response - no lights or sirens, 3 is responding normal speed. Who are you listening to?

I'm listening to Burlington County P2A (TG-18672). Also, Bridge Ops 1 (TG-18864), I'm looking for an area map. They're lingo is like, "DMV in ramp 2" or "Area 3 clear". They use it so they don't have to say things like "Over by the maintenace building"

Just FYI, TG 18672 is P-2. TG 18704 was P-2A which is now P10. The database does not reflect this change I just noticed.

Hearing Dist 30 units (Burlington twp) consistantly on the WAR D-3 channel instead of their usual talk group on the trunked system. Anyone know if this is a permanant switch?

Police P-1 is patched to WAR 3 digital. This is due to coverage issues. I haven't been able to get to the Burlington area to see what site WAR 3 is broadcasting from.

Wirelessly posted (Moto Droid Bionic: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_3; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0 Safari/533.16)

County F1 (154.220) is now narrow-band (eff 23 Oct); tweak the scanner settings to improve audio. F1 is likely to be busy on Mo/Tu. County EOC opens 8a Mo and 147.150 and 145.470 will used. The SJ region will be using 147.345 Waterford Works. HTH.

Mar 8 we get 4" wet snow. By late afternoon MAFB is receiving heavies continuously until at least 1 or 2 am, more this morning. Ft Dix big gunfire rattled our house (abt 8 air miles distant) all evening until 1 am or so, then started again around 8:30 am. Boom, rattle, rattle... cats ducking for cover.

An aside; anyone have a 2013 Burlco TGID update?

I was out in the yard most of the day and the attack helicopters made a couple fly overs. I couldn't hear the booms as much today as yesterday.

Some big guns this Sunday morning, then a swarm of jets went on in. So while Michelle's 50th party goes on, the military has to play with DPRK, Afghanistan, and a couple of African countries.
