Default 453.650 Toms River area MotoTrbo

I have been hearing what sounds like a strong received signal of MOTOTRBO on
this frequency in the Toms River area and if you look at the FCC and RRDB they
seem to conflict so I am looking for anyone with knowledge of this MOTOTRBO
operation to confirm that.

453.650 WQNN676 - HARVEY CEDARS, BOROUGH OF

ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQNN676 - HARVEY CEDARS, BOROUGH OF

ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQNN676 - HARVEY CEDARS, BOROUGH OF - Frequency 000453.65000000

If you look at the emission designators above they are MOTOTRBO

If you look at the RR DB Listing below it is just a conventional
FM listed frequency.

Ocean County, New Jersey (NJ) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

453.650 Conventional FM DPL 503 Beach Haven - Beach Patrol

I am just too far north to monitor myself. Best bet would see how strong the signal is from Harvey Ceders it's self. Or get conformation from other listeners in the area. Then make a submission to RR.

Thanks
Ken

Ken, I have already confirmed it is MotoTRBO simply by listening and comparing the data with
a lot of web site data, i am only trying to confirm who the user is from someone in the know so
that it can be submitted into the RR DB. Not having a MotoTRBO receiver I can not do that.
