Has east rutherford gone totally digital or do they use both digital and analog?

According to the database they are still analog only with 11K2F3E on the licence. I believe that designation is just for narrowband. If they are digital we'll have to get the database updated, and they will need their licence updated.

Anyone else live local / traveling through the area to provide some better insight?

Looks like E. Rutherford changed their PL tone. New tone is 67.0 PL, I also correct it in the DB.

Was monitoring over night with software and it came up with 67.0 Pl and RSSI of 455 which is strong. So I got a false positive. Thanks for the correct update especially the NAC and will change in DB.

ERPD is 100% digital now that they moved to the new Police HQ. They don't have the capability of going encrypted at this time and have no plan to.
