Had a little time the last two days so I did a little investigation (PSR800 set to the three channels and set to record).

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WQUK451 - SAINT PETERS UNIVERSITY
Frequency 463.3625 DPL 073 appears to be the security department and the student shuttle which is operated by the security department.
Frequency 462.450 DPL 261 appears to be the maintenance department for the college.
They have another frequency (464.8125) but I have not heard anything on that channel at all.
