JCP&L System

Finally I heard something on the new P25 JCP&L system here in Toms River. I haven't heard anything since it went live. I heard talking on a TG 3311 and that was all. Very weird.
Anyone else in the Toms River area actually picking this system up?

I'm currently getting Oyster Creek site at 1 signal bar. 3311 is most likely the Express Trouble Center dispatch TG,I have over 1200 hits on it with Unitrunker. Just heard dispatch give a truck a call in Neptune. Radio IDs 222982 and 222975 are dispatch radios.
