Question

Joe...

Does the feed carry Turnpike and Parkway or just Turnpike. Thanks again for providing the feed I wish it was 24/7.

Take Care

Tony

Hi Tony,

Turnpike only, the Parkway system is way too weak for reliable reception and my program can only scan one system at a time.

Sorry Tony - meant to say Turnpike and not Parkway. It was late and I was
tired and mixed that up.

I've added the GS parkway OPS channels to my feed. I'll keep them active for at least a week to see if we get any activity.

OPS1 858.0875 PL 151.4
OPS2 858.0375 PL 151.4

Feed Morris County Police, Fire, EMS, and SPEN Live Scanner Audio Feed

Someone actually just gave me a Moto CDM1550LS of the 200MHz species. The radio does LTR PassPort. With a little help and intelligence would it be possible to program it for the Turnpike/Parkway System...likely for a live feed of the Parkway to compliment the inclement weather feed on the Turnpike?

Also a note before anyone says anything about it affiliating or such...
**Transmit does not work on this radio, and I have no intentions of making it work. Receive is fine.

No it will not work, you need a access number for the radio to talk to the system, works like a Motorola trunk system, an if you make one up it can be dangerous just like it can with any other system.

So it won't even receive?

Again, transmit *does not* work on this radio, and I have *no* intentions of making it work. Interested in using it receive only...

Just in case anyone is interested, this is how I am able tom monitor the Passport system:

Passport Trac/Passport Display programs

I designed the above hardware interface, programmed the microcontroller, and the PC tracking program.

Seems to be the case. I'll be removing them from my database. Thanks Highpockets.

I don't think they want them removed, they are already marked "Deprecated".

I believe they have the capability to use them in case all else fails, as I hear an occassional key-up on the 800 MHz freq's (all 4 of them) and the VHF-Hi freq of 156.12000 (151.4) from Holmdel. I have them in my scanner, but have not heard any voice activity on them since the 217 MHz TRS went live a few years back.

I tried to listen in just now and the link won't load up. Not sure if it's from my computer or the fact that their are sporadic power outages in my area, and I'm working off of a wireless laptop on the wi-fi signal. No access to my regular computer at this time due to a power outage. But I do like to listen in when I have the time to...
