What can I hear?...

I'm going up to New Mexico for month of July-August, I will be staying in ABQ, and out in Edgewood.



I have Pro-97 handheld scanner.

Can anyone tell me what I can hear?

What is a good area to listen to?

Is ABQ Dispatch pretty good?

Let me in on some information please.

In ABQ you can monitor the Public Safety system, but you will only hear disptach due to the fact that the system uses Provoice.

In Edgewood, you won't hear too much, theres a huge mountain in the way of hearing Comm's from ABQ. You might be able to monitor Santa Fe from there.

If you enjoy listeing to Aircraft, there is a bunch of that to monitor.
