Does anyone know the talkgroup that is programmed between "COMMON" and "OPEN SP"?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.5; en-us; Sprint APA9292KT Build/GRJ90) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

Open Space? To deal with undeveloped areas? Kinda like park rangers, but no park?

For the most part they patrol the bosque, river and foothills trails. They also provide backup to the field services guys when available.

For being in every APD/BCSO/Aviation PD/APS radio, it sure is a hard one to confirm.
