Hello all. Was just wondering if the conventional frequencies in the database are all that is used for the city of Roswell, or if they're on some system im not aware of? Ive been in Roswell visiting family for 2 days now, and havent heard a peep out of any of the law enforcement channels. Ive heard a few things from the FD channels, and the sheriff once or twice, but not anything out of the PD. Is this normal, or am i missing something?

The PL tones could be wrong in the DB. Have you tried the search feature on your scanner to see if you can find them?

disabling the PL tones made no difference. after looking in to it a little more, i noticed 2 of the 3 licenses for the City of Roswell/Law enforcement, are expired. (knzu477 and kze603) The 3rd and only active license in that section, wau65, has 3 frequencies listed in the fcc database. 151.0475 (192.8) is one of them, and i have been hearing the Roswell PD on that frequency. another frequency listed under that license, 159.375, seems to be the input to that channel. Now the weird part, everything i hear on 151.0475 i also hear on the "new mexico state police" INVEST channel (151.055)

Thanks for finding the active PD and FD freqs. I'll update the DB. While you are there, do you think you can ID these freqs???? They are licensed to either Roswell PD or FD or the City of.
