Default Albuquerque EDACS

It appears the City and County EDACS systems are operating in Failsoft Mode presumably due to an electrical storm moving through the city. APD is using MDT's for dispatch. I hear AFD dispatching on UHF, nothing on 800mhz. Radio traffic is very sporadic.

Per KOB news, a tower at Montgomery & Juan Tabo took a direct hit. It should be fixed within 48 hours.

I was able to monitor AFD Alarm this morning (0100 ~ 0200) and tonight as well on the TRS without issue.
