A couple questions on talkgroups.

1. What's the reason or benefit for labeling them?
2. Some listed in the database do not specify if they are digital, encrypted, or otherwise.
The box in the column is just blank. What does this mean?

Some quick answers...

1.) If you label them, you need not remember the Group ID #'s, just look at the label to know what area command you are hearing.
2.) The majority of the ones not marked are digital. The exceptions are ROP, Gangs and any other that specify Encrypted on the right hand side.
