Lifeguard 5MT ?

Anyone know where a medical helicopter using the call sign Lifeguard 5MT is based out of?
I happened to catch some traffic from the helicopter on National Law 155.475 from a scanner in Colorado and wasn't familiar with the call sign, figure it may be a helo based out of New Mexico.

There was a lifeguard a few years ago but it was bought out and they only have plains now.
