Default New RS Pro-164, can't seem to figure out how to program trunks

I just picked up a Radio Shack Pro-164 today. (It was on sale) I commute 2 hours a day and would love to listen to the state troopers so I know more of what is going on when there are accidents on the highway etc.

I found some links to the NJ state police trunked frequencies but even after reading the manual for the RS Pro-164 and searching through the forums I can't seem to figure out how to get the trunks setup.

Could someone please provide me with a simple example that I could follow for programming.

Thanks in advance.

As I said in the OP, I have the frequencies, I just cant seem to figure out how to program the trunk groups in my PRO-164. I read the manual (which is a joke) and checked a few posts here and have not found anything clear. If someone could just provide me with one example I could go from there. I usually drive in Northern NJ so I think that would be Troop B.

What type of trunk system are you trying to program for?
