Exclamation Need help with Trunk Tracking and the ARC XT PRO

Greetings, Everyone
As the title says, I need help creating a trunked system with the ARC XT PRO. I can not figure out exactly where to put in the frequencies, etc. The help manual that comes with the program is lacking, IMO. If someone could show me step-by-step from creating to saving, it would be greatly appreciated, as my BCD996XT should be here Friday. This is the trunked system I have been trying to create -- Seattle-King County Public Safety Trunking System, Seattle, Washington - Scanner Frequencies.

Any help would be appreciated -- Thank You

Brian,

I downloaded all of the sites and 20 (the maximum per system) of the groups for that system from the database into ARC-XT and made a few arbitrary decisions about things such as System Quick Key and Group Quick Key assignments. I've compressed the file into a zip format so that it could be uploaded here. Once you unzip it, you should be able to load it into ARC-XT and take a look at how things are set up.

You may ultimately want it differently, of course, but this will give you a starting point. Obviously, I can't test it since I'm not anywhere near Seattle, but it looks okay.

Hope this is helpful. Unfortunately, programming trunked systems doesn't, in my opinion, lend itself to step by step instructions so I figured that this would be the next best approach. Someone else may feel differently and want to give the step by step approach a try.

Let me know if you've got questions.
