Down loading Radio Ref file

First time user of the Radio Reference download feature.
Radio is the Radio Shack PRO-197.
Software program is Starrsoft Win500 version V01.72

What am I doing wrong?

Get the following message when I attempt a download:

XML error detected: no element found

near:

Upgrade to the latest version of win500, read the notes and instructions for the newer versions. Also here is a user guide for win500 to import from RadioReference.
