Default Back At Ya

Welcome to the RR community, remember: the only stupid question is one that's not asked, everybody here didn't get into the hobby with the knowlege of the scanner gurus, everybody learned from somebody, and with that having been said, check out the massive resourses that this site has available & feel free to ask away, again, welcome & have fun.

I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on some info about Motorola Saber Radios. I am part of an enthusiast group that needs some comms that will work in a wide variety of settings. Anything from 6 story concrete buildings to large wooded areas.

I have been told UHF works best around concrete buildings and we already have some kenwood 4 watt radios in UHF. So I would prefer to keep with that, but if you guys wouldn't mind please point me in the direction of some info on these radios.

Welcome! I doubt you'll ask anything dumber than anyone else here. We're all here to learn and help if we can. Few of us are experts, but there is a wealth of experience so ask away!
