This probably won't help, but...

It is certainly capable of receiving those frequencies, but there isn't much information in the Interlake County database so I can't tell you if it will receive your local public service frequencies. There is a Western Canada forum here that would probably be your best bet for finding help specifically for your area.

Before you can receive those frequencies you must take a small piece of black electrical tape and cover the NASCAR logo. The BR330T was IMHO one of Uniden's best kept secrets and a great little unit. Unfortunately, they had to include that stupid logo. It will pickup just about any non-digital system.
