New Home Patrol

I just got my new Uniden Home Patrol-1, it seems awesome. I really want to stream it on here. I think I got it set up correctly for my area, Harford County MD, but, I'm not sure. I know nothing about scanners except i like to listen. I would like to know how long it takes to get approved for streaming and maybe any suggestions on the set up that a new guy would have missed.
