Looking for downloadable forms

Hi Guys, I have see somewhere in the forums or Radio Reference some downloadable forms or links to downloadable forms that have a layout that you could enter your own info like Quickkeys, frequencies and other things. Where could I find this? Thanks for any help.

Thanks mdulrich, l already have all that info for the county's I listen to. I am looking for blank forms that have a layout that you can enter your own info like quick keys... I'm sure I've see it somewhere around here, I just can not remember....

Hi trucker177....if you're looking for blank forms (worksheets) for the conventional, EDACS, Motorola systems, the owners manuals have them in the back section....at least my BCD396T owners manual has it. I don't know if RR has this info, but maybe another member can help.

What scanner(s) do you use??

Thanks Russell. I have a BCD996xt. I think I'll just make my own from an excel program. That way I can set it up the way I want....

The 996XT manual does have worksheets also and if you don't have a manual for your scanner, go to this link and scroll down to "worksheets" and see if you like the sheets that are shown here. Then you can print your own from these examples. HTH
