I have a 996 and fortunately it was programmed for me - since I am basically computer illiterate. I was monitoring my local pd channels on a specific quick key. I unselected that quick key and in the process of selecting another quick key I somehow hit the wrong key and ended up with "Custom 4" scan that I can't get rid of. With the typical quick key, I just enter it again and it is deleted. Reading the "Easier to Read" manual, it instructs how to do a custom scan but not how to get out of it. Powering off and back on doesn't work. How do I "unselect" the Custom 4 scan?
