Part 90 General Business help (IG)

I searched this question and could not find the answer. I am currently looking at applying for a license in the UHF business pool and I'm having trouble with the application. Does anyone have experience with this? My main issue is it requires a control point as well as antenna info. What do I put there if all I have is portables? I have no base station or even a mobile. Also, is it require that I use a frequency coordinator or can I find an open channel in my area and apply myself? I really don't want to pay $300 for someone to pick out a frequency.
