Hi all,
When i switch on my radio shack pro 404 scanner, instead of the welcome screen, the display reads 'initial'. And none of the buttons work. Further i hard press pn the L/O button, and the all channel lock out displays. I have gone through the forum and manual, i am just not able to perform a factory reset because the welcome screen doesnt come on when i turn on the scanner. Please help
