I have read all the software manuals for the arc 500 software with no results.
I just recently purchased a Radio Shack Pro 197 and am using the arc 500 to load all my local digital trunk and conventional frequency's with no problems. Now I want to group some of the other agencies on different banks but cannot figure out how to do this.
I have went into the global settings and deleted all the programed info and tried to load to different banks.
Photos in the arc 500 software show that you can specify what bank to load your group into but my software doesn't seem to have this option.
Any help would be appreciated.
