First I would like to say I am a new member and happy to be here. While attempting to program my first scanner, a Uniden BC355N, I was scanning P/D banks and it is now stuck. It has Private on the screen, Police flashing, the freguency and scan.When I turn off scanner it comes back to the same place . I tried clearing all memory by pressing and holding PROG and L/O button while turning on the scanner but it goes back to the same place. If I could just start over, I now know how to program the different frequencies. I would be grateful for any help please.
