Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and would like to give thanks to all the valuable information here. I have a question in regards to specific radio frequencies for dutchess county edacs system. I am currently on the market for a new scanner. I am curious if the city of Poughkeepsie police would be picked up on a trunking scanner. all there channels seem to be Analog with the exception of one aegis encrypted channel which I know would not be as to monitor. I wasn't sure if all there channels go through the one aegis encrypted channel.. Here's a link to city of Poughkeepsie frequencies https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=841. Any EDACS capable scanner will receive Poughkeepsie City PD talk groups except 01-082 Neighborhood Recovery Unit and 01-090 Detectives, which are digital.
