Useing The ARC500 Programming Software

Hello, I just started using the ARC500 software. Something strange seems to be going on. I am just getting started using it so I dont really know if this is right or not.
When I high lite a group of frequencies and click on copy and then take that and paste it in the programming boxes my Alpha Tags come up under the SQ Code box and the license letters and numbers come up under the Alpha Tags.
Not sure whats going on here. I am wondering if my program is corrupt or not.
When I click to Up Load it to the scanner the Alpha Tags go away.
What am I doing wrong or what am I not doing right ????

I think you are talking about copying frequencies from a web page or the RR database. The columns do not line up in ARC vs RR, so you can only easily copy/paste the frequencies. To do that, you have to use the "paste Frequencies" function on the file menu.That filters out all the alpha info so you can do ,many lines of frequencies at once. Then you go back and add Alpha tags manually, There are ways to paste that info, which involve download a CSV file.
