Im new to digital scanning and am having trouble getting the scanner to scan the Washington county Johnson city tn p25 system I have a rs pro 96 scanner and am useing the arc96 software to program the system from RR ive downloaded the tlk grps and the control channels and still et nothing any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks
