I'm trying to program a Uniden 996T using ARC's software. Where I need help is, in a state agency, Missouri Hwy Pattol for instance, where there are multiple sites too choose from, how does one determine which site to use?
Need semi beginner help.

Use those sites that are within 30 miles of the listening location.
OK. I looked at Blue Springs and I guess your in Jackson Co? Is this Kansas City? Your best bet is to go to the Missouri forum and ask this there for better answers. Since your Premium you should be able to download a couple of sites.
