Macom Tri-Chem Issue

I am working on a Macom Tri-Chem CH-104570 charger. A couple of the charging cradles went dumb are showing fault when a radio is inserted. Does anyone have a service manual for this charger?
My troubleshooting has led me to think perhaps the PIC16 controllers on the boards have lost their programming or are faulty.
If this is the case, Digikey can sell a guy the PIC16 chips but they need to program them first. How does one go about obtaining the files necessary to program these?

See if you can get them from Macom. But I suspect they are proprietary. I see these on eBay, used but working, for $50-$80.
