Looking for someone to program St.Louis county 3rd precinct on my scanner. It's all I used to scan and I can't figure this thing out. Will gladly pay to avoid the frustration. Thanks.

It appears, according to the RR database, that your 346 is now obsolete. Your county has moved to a P-25 digital, Phase II system. There are no cheap scanners to monitor those systems.
What is needed is RS/GRE PSR-800/Pro-668, Uniden 325/996P2, x36HP, or the Home Patrol 2. All of those do Phase II, plus Phase I and conventional P-25.
