Hi ! every one.
I'm living in Quebec city and looking to buy a scanner. It seem that even if i buy a digital scanner like the home patrol 1, I will not be able to listen to Quebec city police even if they are digital. As i'm new at all this,
is it worth to buy a digital scanner or just an ordinary one can do the job. Or if someone can suggest any other model or compagny. For a non-digital scanner i was looking for the Uniden BC246xtc.
