I have read elsewhere previously, but cannot seem to find the exact information again at this moment, that there is one specific frequency/channel that PAPD in NY and NJ have as a shared frequency/channel. Where anyone tuned to it, whether physically in NY or NJ can share and/or hear information on it, i.e. not a localized frequency/channel to one specific NY or NJ area. A systemwide frequency/channel.
Is it: 453.40000 KED649 RM 110.9 PL Central Police Desk FM Law Dispatch ?
My question relates to September 11, 2001, PAPD broadcasts the night of 9/11.
If that is the shared frequency/channel, do you have information on how I am able to Freedom Of Information Act [FOIA] the Port Authority of NY/NJ for the audio from that channel the night of 9/11?
