Help With New Scanner P25 Trunked

Hey Guys, coming out of a Uniden BC125AT, Nassau County Police seemed to move to a trunked system. So Ill pick up a Pro-668 in the morning, I think there only a few radios that can get Nassau PD now.. I know it comes with software but I never programed a truck scanner before.. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

You won't be able to listen to the channel. the E means encrypted which means unlistenable.

you can still get the scanner. most fire departments are wide open with no encryption.
