RTL SDR Problem, i cant fixed...

Hi everyone, my 100 khz to 1.7 ghz sdr is arrived today, but i have a big problem, i plug the device after usb port and receive error, ''usb device not recognized'' , i cant fixed this, i open zadig and write "unknown usb device" on the device select list, please help me, i lost my mind, i remove drivers, i reboot always, not working...

Try this: Go to zadig again>Options>List All Devices>Select Bulk In Interface (interface 0), try and install the driver that way..

Fixed. I refresh all solder and make a short circuit on capacitor leads. Now both working true...
