Programming BCD436HP for Columbus, Ga P25 Phase2

Has anyone had any luck programming the BCD436HP for the new P25 Phase2 system that Muscogee County/Columbus Ga. has now gone to? I can pick up some traffic on police special channels but I am not picking up all the traffic for Columbus like I was able to do before the change. I even read they we still using some of the channels on the old system during the transition but not hearing anything on the old system as well. I know that the system is working because I can hear Columbus on my scanner app on my iPad and iPhone. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
