I live in Antioch, if your talking public safety, without a digital scanner about the only thing you can get are the CHP. I do believe East County Fire is still simulcast on VHF, but last I listened only the dispatch was broadcast, no tac channels. Antioch and Brentwood PDs are 100% encrypted as well.

Thank you Dennis me. Im hearing ,20 frequencies with fire, ambulance, police or Sheriff and One CHP. Im very with what ever it is I can get. john
