Amityville has started to simulcast on one of its 2 new UHF's [477.425/114]. Will they discard their low band, and what will they use their other freq [477.450] for?

Yes. There is an on going discussion about Babylon Central Fire Alarm's future use of several UHF freqs it has acquired. Like everywhere else, money is holding back the "UHFing" of the Town of Babylon.
